I was concerned when I ordered but they are genuine and came in an unmarked envelope so I had not duty to pay, yes they do help with my weight lose. I bought 2 months but need to reorder after the Christmas break to lose the last 10lbs. I Just wish that they were not so expensive.or I would have given 5*.
